One Pan Turkey Dinner

Prep Time 30 minutes
Cook Time 1 hour

Ingredients

Stuffing

  • 6 cup bread cubes
  • 1 small carrot, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp minced sage
  • 1 ¾ cup chicken stock
  • 1 large egg
  • salt & pepper to taste

Turkey

  • 2-3 lbs skin-on boneless turkey breast
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp minced rosemary
  • 1 tsp minced sage
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt & pepper to taste

Potatoes

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • salt & pepper to taste

Green Beans

  • 12 oz green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉
  • In a large bowl, mix ALL the ingredients for the stuffing together until well combined. Set to the side
  • Whisk together the  melted butter, minced rosemary, minced sage, garlic, salt and pepper
  • Put the turkey in the middle of a foil lined baking sheet or pan (I used this one) and brush generously with the herb garlic butter
  • Place the stuffing mixture tightly around the turkey breast
  • Peel the potatoes and thinly slice them. Or you can use a mandoline - I have one that looks similar to this.
  • Loosely place potatoes outside of the stuffing, dot with butter and season with salt.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. While baking for the first 30 minutes, toss the beans with the butter, garlic, and salt and pepper.
  • Add the beans to the pan. Bake for another 30 minutes.
  • Check the internal temperature of the turkey and make sure it’s 155°.
  • Cut up and serve. Enjoy your tasty meal!

Notes

If you don't have russet potatoes, you can use different potatoes. I would not recommend red potatoes.
