Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉
In a large bowl, mix ALL the ingredients for the stuffing together until well combined. Set to the side
Whisk together the melted butter, minced rosemary, minced sage, garlic, salt and pepper
Put the turkey in the middle of a foil lined baking sheet or pan (I used
this one
) and brush generously with the herb garlic butter
Place the stuffing mixture tightly around the turkey breast
Peel the potatoes and thinly slice them. Or you can use a mandoline - I have one that looks similar
to this
.
Loosely place potatoes outside of the stuffing, dot with butter and season with salt.
Bake for 30 minutes. While baking for the first 30 minutes, toss the beans with the butter, garlic, and salt and pepper.
Add the beans to the pan. Bake for another 30 minutes.
Check the internal temperature of the turkey and make sure it’s 155°.
Cut up and serve. Enjoy your tasty meal!
Notes
If you don't have russet potatoes, you can use different potatoes. I would not recommend red potatoes.
